Season End Tour Melacca - May 2008
25 GAS players and family members made the trip to Melacca. It was a memorable weekend spent in one of the most interesting cities in South East Asia - Melacca. On Friday May 30th the Reisebus brought the Stars and Sternchen up and away.
Friday night was spent with Dinner and a lovely Birthday Celebration for Wolfgang Joerg, which was crowned with a burning drink of which Schoko Schachi actually enjoyed the most, which later made him very smilie!
Saturday was sight seeing with Mr.Focke Wurster, who finished his PhD as Reiseleiter and did an excellent job providing the GAS-Kultur-Banausen some cultual education.
In the afternoon we played a great Friendly against a good and young Melacca Team. Many Thanks again to Simon for perfectly setting it up and for a great fair game. That's what football is all about.

Top Scorer: Volker Giebitz
Best New Comer: Michael Klemm
Most Sexiest Player: Martin S.
We all made it back safely and enjoyed the trip as a perfect and great ending of a good season 07/08.
